This common design through girder bridge crosses Garvin Brook in a scenic area of Winona County, near Stockton.
Built in 1909, the bridge features a through girder main span, approached by steel stringer spans on either side. These are supported by stone substructures.

In addition, the bridge has been determined by the railroad to be eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.

The author has rated the bridge as locally significant, citing the common design but surrounding landscape which make the structure more of an attractive landmark.
